Canada Post Service Disruption - Canada Post’s operations have been shut down for the duration of a national strike. Customers will experience delays in receiving invoices and customer payments will not be received during this time. Please see the below information to keep your account current during this service disruption.
Payments
For customers that mail-in payments, alternative payment options will be necessary during this time. Payment options include online banking, pre-authorized payment, in-person at your financial institution or using the payment drop box located at 1867 Ashburnham Drive.
Billing
To keep your account current during the Canada Post service disruption, we encourage customers receiving paper bills to enroll in e-billing. You can also view account information through our secure customer self-service portal on our website.
