Are you a new customer?
If you are moving to a new location within our service territory or setting up a business, please review the information required to set up a new account and complete the application for service.
if you are a new residential customer and do not own the property a deposit of $300 will apply. You have the option for it to be billed in 1 or 3 instalments.

Information required to set up a new account:
- service address
- driver's license, birth certificate or passport number and date of birth
- employment information or source of income
- possession date
- business incorporation papers
- complete the application for service
Are you a current customer moving within our service territory?
If you are a current customer of Peterborough Utilities Group moving within our service territory is easy!
- You can apply for a change of service address by filling out and submitting the moving within our service territory form
- You can request your move online by logging into your account in the Customer Self Service Web Portal
- Or call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 705-748-6900
A $30.00 change of occupancy fee will be charged to your water account.
